NAP
1.1 Nap 10
1.2 Players and Survivors without a tag isn’t protected by the staterules.
1.3 Survivors aren’t protected in alliance that are in Nap
1.4 24 hour NAP after KE/SVS. 1.5 NAP is revisited every 30 day.

ATTACKS
2.1 Only allowed 3 solo or 1 rally per 24 hours per settlement
2.2 Tile hits is only allowed in your territory (regardless of alliance rank)
2.3 Prohibited to attack towers or HQ (exception for rule 3.1)
2.4 Prohibited to attack in grey area
2.5 Prohibited to attack alliances during events like; trap, horde, rr etc

ANALYSIS CENTER
3.1 Prohibited to sorround AC – Give 24 hours after contacting R5 and 1 R4 until burning 1-2 towers.

KILL EVENT
4.1 No burning towers or HQ (exception of rule 3.1)
4.2 Only allowed 3 solo or 1 rally per settlement (exception of rule 1.2 & 1.3)

BUNKERS and FF
5.1 Allowed to take 2 bunkers and 1 FF
5.2 Only allowed to rally bunker/FF. Prohibited to solo
5.3 It is mandatory to sign up bunker and FF in state discord
5.4 Allowed to take an auto registered the last 15 minutes if the alliance that signed up in state discord doesn´t take it. (Must be rally)
5.5 Allowed to take only 1 side.
5.6 Bunker 11 & 12 is reserved for alliances below rank 15.
